Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review it and work with you on an appropriate solution. Our personalized artwork is created based on the photo and information you provide. Because artistic interpretation and the appearance of colors can vary between screens and finished products, minor differences are not considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we begin creating custom orders quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
