Shipping Policy

At Stat Memories, many of our products are personalized and made to order. Please allow time for your item to be created before it is shipped.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within approximately 1–2 business days. More detailed or highly customized orders may require additional processing time. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Same Day Processing
Same day processing may be available for select orders placed early in the day. Availability depends on the product, personalization requirements, current order volume, and the time the order is received. Same day processing is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Stat Memories Prints. Shipping transit time begins after the order has been completed and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping options, estimated delivery dates, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates a problem with your shipment, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
